Job summary

The World Equestrian Center – Ocala invites a polished Assistant General Manager to lead Genievieve’s, our elegant Italian dining concept inside the Equestrian Manor. This role partners with the General Manager to uphold luxury service standards and guide a dedicated front-of-house team.

You will manage guest experiences, schedule staff, ensure labor budgets, and collaborate with culinary and beverage teams for menus, events, and private dining while maintaining a warm, discreet presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ upscale or fine dining restaurant management.
• Proven leadership with a professional demeanor.
• Strong hospitality, guest-centric service and communication.
• Financial acumen and experience supporting budgets.
• Experience with private dining and event coordination preferred.
• ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure service consistency.
• Lead front-of-house team with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Schedule front-of-house staffing within labor budgets.
• Monitor payroll submissions and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with culinary/beverage teams on events and menus.
• Maintain presence during evenings and events.
