Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignment business in your assigned territory. You will acquire luxury items from clients, build both new and repeat business, and thrive in a quota-driven, in-home appointment environment.

You’ll manage pipeline with Salesforce, coordinate pickup and shipment to e-commerce centers, and deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience. Travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end fashion or luxury resale sales is preferred.
• Strong pipeline development and ability to meet quotas.
• Comfort with in-home appointments and travel.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new and existing clients with in-home appointments.
• Build and convert leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate consignment pickup and logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
