Job summary

A.L.C. is seeking a Client Advisor to style guests, curate outfits, and drive sales in a luxury retail environment on-site in Texas. You will build client relationships, manage a personal client book, and stay current with fashion trends for events, red carpets, and everyday looks.

You will excel in a fast-paced team, meet metrics, and contribute to merchandising and store presentation while delivering outstanding service and expert styling guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail role, preferably with a fashion luxury/contemporary brand.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in retail POS, Excel, and Word.
• Organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• A positive, high energy, entrepreneurial spirit.
• A team player who is inspired by other's successes as well as your own.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals.
• Utilize product knowledge and trends to provide styling suggestions.
• Engage with customers to drive repeat business and relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of store metrics and work toward targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop action plans and sales strategies.
• Assist customers by selecting appropriate styles based on needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain an organized client book to generate appointments and drive sales.
• Proactively reach out to clients based on preferences and past purchases.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the store and VM standards.
• Assist in floor sets and replenishment of merchandise; complete opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with management on additional operational tasks.
