Weekend and night shifts are required, with a focus on delivering personalized service in a luxury retail environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in specialty or luxury retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

• Builds client relationships and generates excitement about products.
• Works with Store Manager to set personal development goals.
• Assists with non-selling operational tasks: restocking, organizing stockroom, setting up promotions.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well-presented store and supports scheduling needs.
• Ensures loss prevention awareness and adheres to policies.
