Qualifications

• 2+ years of fashion retail experience required.
• Proven strength in fitting room conversion and personal selling.
• Comfort with client outreach and CRM engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, elevated styling experiences that build confidence.
• Drive individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain an active client book through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Lead strong fitting room experiences with warmth and confidence.
• Open and close the store (excluding keyholder responsibilities).
• Handle transactions, returns, and daily operations with care.
• Maintain a polished and inviting store environment.
