Job summary

FRAME is seeking a part-time Stylist to drive sales and uphold a premium customer experience in-store. The role involves building relationships, executing brand aesthetics, and assisting with floor maintenance and stockroom tasks.

You will contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of luxury fashion sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in a high-end contemporary or luxury fashion environment.
• Available to commit roughly 20 hours per week on a consistent schedule.
• Energetic, confident personality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal client base with personalized service.
• Uphold high standards of client experience and aesthetic.
• Meet sales plans and support the store sales initiative.
• Track details of sales, shipping, alterations, and requests for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain policies, stay updated on fashion trends, and demonstrate styling/merchandising skills.
• Collaborate with team to ensure floor is visually appealing and operations run smoothly.
• Communicate inventory needs and relay client feedback to management.
