Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stylists and management in delivering exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Flex dynamically between floor roles including runner, greeter, cashier, and answering client inquiries.
• Provide hosting duties such as beverages, greetings, and ensuring guests are engaged by the styling team.
• Provide attentive customer service and assist clients with product needs.
• Monitor transactions, alterations, shipping, and omni-channel fulfillment/returns.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and FRAME's aesthetic.
