Job summary

FRAME, a modern fashion brand, seeks a part-time Stylist to drive sales and Client Experience in our Las Vegas store. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver personal styling, and uphold FRAME’s refined aesthetic in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in high-end fashion, strong communication, and the ability to work ~20 hours weekly, including peak times. Basic stockroom duties and POS operations are involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury or high-end fashion retail is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work ~20 hours per week with flexibility.
• Strong styling, merchandising, and clienteling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build a loyal client base with personalized service.
• Maintain brand aesthetics on the sales floor and in stockroom.
• Meet individual and store sales plans and contribute to store targets.
• Manage shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold all policies and procedures and stay current with fashion trends.
• Demonstrate effective communication with clients and team.
