Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals; maximize sales performance with elevated service.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• After closing a sale, manage shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Comply with all sales policies and procedures.
• Maintain keen interest in fashion industry and market trends.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Keep selling floor neat, organized and stocked.
• Assist in inventory in stockroom and on the floor.
• Assist in all stock, shipping, receiving protocols and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories.
• Follow POS policies; execute register functions properly.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance.
• Participate in training and development seminars as directed by store management.
