Jared is seeking a Luxury Fashion Manager to own the Fashion category, drive performance, and elevate storytelling through styling and customer experience. You will lead visual marketing, guide coaching for team members, and enact the brand promise to celebrate moments with fashion jewelry.

You will build confidence and creativity across the team, ensure compelling displays, and collaborate with store leadership to develop fashion talent and deliver exceptional customer connections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fashion category and driving sales performance.
• Expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and coach teams with visual execution.
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category and drive sales, behaviors and standards.
• Lead Fashion visual merchandising and presentation, inspiring styling and product displays.
• Provide monthly coaching to develop team capabilities and daily habits.
• Activate the brand promise by enabling creative styling and curated recommendations.
• Drive key KPIs and reinforce consistent fashion presentations across the team.
• Develop talent by partnering with store leadership to build a strong team.
