You will lead training initiatives, coach advisers, and collaborate with leadership to align local actions with global fashion vision.

The role focuses on transmitting CHANEL's fashion narrative, developing expertise across collections, and sustaining elevated client experiences in Ala Moana and Waikiki boutiques.

Qualifications

• Recognized styling expertise with strong fashion flair.
• Client-centered mindset focused on unforgettable experiences.
• Significant luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.
• Lead styling development and coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to drive performance and onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with Fashion Expertise Home Office and cross-functional teams to share content and insights.
• Travel frequently to support and develop boutique teams.
