Job summary

CHANEL in San Diego is seeking a Fashion Advisor at Westfield UTC who delivers exceptional client service and leverages fashion expertise to drive sales and brand loyalty.

You will work with a diverse sales team, convert walk-ins to clients, manage repairs, and maintain a high level of service with a flexible schedule. Minimum 3 years’ experience and HS diploma are required; hourly compensation ranges from $27.70 to $35.00, with benefits and perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in luxury retail.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store Full-time presence required to support client sales and elevated service

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to clients.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate repairs and follow up with clients regarding alterations or repairs
