CHANEL in Houston is seeking a Fashion Advisor dedicated to exceptional client service and fashion expertise. The role centers on delivering a superior client experience, growing client conversions, and building brand loyalty within a diverse sales team.

You will report to boutique leadership and contribute to a luxurious, inclusive environment. You will foster genuine client relationships, manage alterations follow-up, and energize walk-in traffic into loyal brand ambassadors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to clients.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise the level of service and exceed expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
