Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Palo Alto is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead finance, insurance, and protection product sales in a luxury Bay Area store. You will close deals with a consultative, menu-based approach, manage lender relationships, and ensure all filings meet strict compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive F&I, with luxury/import brand experience and a track record of strong PVR.

Qualifications

2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership.
Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred.
Proven PVR performance and product penetration.
Knowledge of lender programs, finance structures, and compliance, including California regs.
Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred.
High integrity with clean deals and files.

Responsibilities

Present and close finance, lease, and protection products with a consultative approach.
Structure deals balancing PVR, lender compliance, and guest experience.
Manage lender relationships across a diverse portfolio for timely funding.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements.
Partner with sales to ensure smooth showroom-to-finance handoffs.
Maintain deal documentation to ensure fundability and completeness.
Achieve penetration and PVR targets across products.
Support development of Sales Consultants' F&I knowledge and referrals.
