Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead a high-standard F&B operation in a luxury resort environment, ensuring top-tier service and cost controls while supporting staffing and training initiatives.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hotel restaurants, knowledge of Micros, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant in a luxury hotel or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Well organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information to staff under supervision.
• Provide information about capabilities and programs to other departments or clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality are consistent with a first-class operation.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Assist with hiring and training for food and beverage personnel.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
