Job summary

Montage Deer Valley is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team in a luxury hotel environment. You will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional service across food and beverage outlets while addressing guest needs with professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in F&B operations, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and comfort with Micros or similar systems. Join a team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences and WOW moments.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in food and beverage operations.
Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient computer skills; experience with Micros or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Train new staff and provide ongoing training to enhance skills.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to prevent waste.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Assist management with scheduling, labor controls and admin duties.
Support Department Manager in developing and maintaining service standards.
Ensure beverages and food are served professionally and timely; maintain side-work completion.
Interact with guests to create memorable experiences and WOW moments.
