Job summary

Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows seeks a passionate, guest-focused Food & Beverage Sales Executive to drive revenue across its outlets, including FIG, SOKO, Lobby Lounge and The Bungalow. You will lead private dining, celebrations and corporate events, building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales, catering or events preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business and hit revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of private dining, social events and venue sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of FIG, SOKO, Lobby Lounge and The Bungalow.
• Be primary contact for event inquiries and bookings.
• Solicit and secure private dining, celebrations and venue buyouts.
• Achieve sales goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding current relationships.
• Generate business via calls, email outreach, networking and events.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Operations, Sales, Revenue and Finance.
