Job summary

Montage International in Laguna Beach is seeking a Private Event Sales Manager to lead the planning and execution of private dining experiences. You will drive revenue by selling private dining room spaces with F&B and room rental minimums, collaborating with culinary and outlet teams to deliver luxurious, personalized service that reflects our brand.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with a focus on private dining, banquets, or fine dining service.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales, planning, execution of all private dining events, ensuring flawless service from pre-event preparation through post-event follow-up.
Partner with outlet and culinary teams to design menus and experiences tailored to guest preferences and event goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring opportunities to provide personalized touches that elevate the dining experience for every event.
Oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown of all private dining events in partnership with the appropriate Outlet.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
