Job summary

Hotel ZaZa Museum District is seeking a Senior Outlets Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations across dining outlets, lounges, bars, and in-room dining. You will drive guest satisfaction, staffing, and budgeted results in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of all assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and associates.
• Establish and maintain a positive, engaging, and performance-driven work environment.
• Conduct regular shift meetings and operational briefings.
• Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained based on business demands.
• Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support VIP arrivals, special events, group functions, and high-profile guest experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Champion exceptional guest service throughout all Food & Beverage operations.
• Actively engage with guests and respond promptly to concerns and service recovery opportunities.
• Ensure associates consistently deliver personalized luxury hospitality experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Manage outlet revenues, labor costs, and operating expenses to achieve budgeted goals.
• Develop action plans to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Monitor inventory controls and cost management initiatives.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range departmental planning.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Food & Beverage associates and leaders.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Promote associate engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all training and certification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol service requirements.
• Ensure proper sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety practices are maintained.
• Manage risk and ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in emergency response and hotel safety initiatives as required.
• Support banquet, catering, and special event operations as required.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to enhance guest offerings and service delivery.
• Participate in hotel leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
