Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a member in a Food & Beverage management team in a hotel environment, boutique hotel or high-end fine dining.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example in a premium service setting.
• Experience with wine and beverage programs and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality of luxury service and guest satisfaction by fostering a strong work environment.
• Manage sales and profit in the area and provide first line support to the hotel manager.
• Oversee beverage and wine inventory, purchasing, and sales; maintain cost controls.
