Job summary

The Mansion General Manager at Commodore Perry Estate in Austin reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and ensures guests are delighted by the quality of service and cuisine while elevating the estate’s name in the Austin marketplace.

They will oversee all day operations, In Room Dining, and the seasonal pool, while developing innovative food and beverage strategies and leading a talented team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
• Experience curating and executing creative events with attention to detail.
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mansion all day operations, In Room Dining, and seasonal Pool.
• Be curious about the latest in food and beverage styling and design; monitor local market offerings.
• Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.
• Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.
• Demonstrate relationship-building skills with stakeholders and be a warm, welcoming presence in the community.
