Job summary

The Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection in Austin seeks a hotel finance leader to drive strong financial performance, implement robust controls, and build mutually beneficial relationships with owners and partners.

You will lead the financial input into the Hotel Strategic Plan and Budget, maximize cash flow, establish revenue and expense controls, and oversee training and development of the hotel team while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience as hotel property finance leader.
• Excellent understanding of the Uniform System of Accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with hotel financial reporting systems, policies and management agreements.
• Ability to evaluate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills; able to present complex data to senior management.
