Qualifikationen

• 5+ years minimum experience as Food & Beverage manager in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Luxury resort experience preferred.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial—able to lead a team by example.
• Knowledge of local/state laws for food and alcohol and staff training in responsible service (e.g. TIPS).
• Familiar with Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond luxury service standards; cost control, merchandising and accounting.

• Oversee ongoing restaurant operations and develop training tools to elevate standards.
• Develop and execute service standards, selling strategies and menu descriptions with the Dir. of F&B.
• Inspire, coach, train, and develop restaurant staff.
• Maintain teamwork, open communication and problem solving; recognize and develop staff.
• Control labor via planning and budgeting; manage inventory and expenses.
• Ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance across F&B areas.
• Utilize systems like Simphony and OpenTable for revenue management.
• Report inventory and performance metrics to the Director of F&B.
• Implement SOPs and training tools for restaurant outlets.
• Lead programs for the F&B team and ensure proper execution.
