Job summary

EOS Hospitality in Miami Beach seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to guide member dining areas, uphold high service standards, and deliver an above-and-beyond guest experience across the property's dining venues.

You will lead the F&B team, train staff, collaborate with hotel management, ensure health and safety compliance, and actively engage with members to tailor service. Minimum 3 years in a similar role and a Food Handler Card required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar F&B management role.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• High school diploma required; Food Handler Card required.
• Knowledge of Miami current events, culture and culinary scenes.

Responsibilities

• Operate member dining areas to high standards under GM guidance.
• Lead F&B team through training and performance reviews.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol policies compliance.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize service.
• Attend daily briefings and relay information to staff.
• Act as brand ambassador for EOS Hospitality in Miami.
