Job summary

LensCrafters in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and build lasting client relationships. You will know the latest eyewear trends, provide personalized recommendations, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will also support omnichannel experiences across in-store and online platforms, stay current on industry trends, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Team-player, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver with ability to handle workload pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend training.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties, and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow up as needed.
• Consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets via upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment; back-of-house duties.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online service.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
