Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of Luxottica, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in eyewear fashion. You will build relationships with clients, meet sales targets, and provide personalized recommendations both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Must be punctual and reliable; timeliness is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets and provide great customer service.
• Team-player who is adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
