Requirements include 2+ years in retail, strong communication, punctuality, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods. The role offers a bonus/commission plan and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in training sessions.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow up after purchase.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-of-house areas.
