Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in eyewear or luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge and attend trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features to customers.
• Build relationships with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
