Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a casual part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced eyewear environment.

You will maintain product knowledge, upsell and cross-sell, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience across in-store and online channels. The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
