Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our store. You will stay current on eyewear trends, build relationships with clients, upsell and cross-sell, and maintain a clean, organized environment while providing an omnichannel shopping experience.

Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays may be required to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and build relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support omnichannel experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
