Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Ray-Ban retail team in Tampa, FL seeks a Licensed Optician for a full-time role in luxury eyewear. You will guide clients in selecting frames and lenses, measure and fit eyewear, and maintain Luxottica's service standards.

In this position you will build lasting relationships, stay current on fashion trends, and support events and training. You must hold state licensure as an optician and have 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current state licensure/certification as an optician.
• 2+ years luxury retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practice.
• Ability to build a client following.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of sales and service.
• Exceed client service and sales standards.
• Build and maintain a strong client following.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Take and record measurements accurately; adjust eyewear.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets Luxottica standards.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Maintain presentation on sales floor and back office.
• Maintain inventory controls.
• Support policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor Managers and Associates.
• Support events setup and execution.
• Lead by example in Luxottica values.
