Ray-Ban in Tampa is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead luxury retail client experiences. You will guide customers in selecting frames and lenses, measure accurately, and ensure flawless eyewear execution aligned with luxury standards.

Train and mentor associates, stay current on fashion trends, and support store events while maintaining impeccable presentation and service. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• State licensure or certification as optician.
• 2+ years in luxury retail sales.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• Ability to build a client following.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Polished appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of sales and service.
• Meet/exceed client service and sales standards.
• Build and maintain a strong client following.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Record measurements accurately and adjust eyewear.
• Ensure eyewear meets luxury retail standards.
