Job summary

The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection, Newport, seeks an Experiences Coordinator to lead setup, execution, and follow-through of diverse experiences, events, and F&B initiatives on property. Responsibilities

• Manage annual programming calendar for experiences and events.
• Organize and plan weekly activities, events, and holiday programs.
• Engage with guests to promote activities and personalize itineraries.
• Ensure public spaces and touchpoints are on-brand and maintain standards.
• Support Concierge with custom itineraries and experiences.
• Coordinate with Events and Sales teams on group experiences.
• Work with Front Office to train on booking and billing for experiences.
• Maintain relationships with department leaders for successful promotions.
• Manage OS&E for experiences and events, including sourcing and invoicing.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials for experiences and events.
• Gather metrics on experiences and programming (bookings, revenue).
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile revenue by month-end.
• Liaise with Marketing on touchpoints, collateral, and website updates.
