Job summary

The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection in Newport is seeking a full-time Experiences Coordinator to lead setup, execution and follow-through of diverse experiences, events, and F&B initiatives at the property.

You will work cross-departmentally with Operations, Front Office, Marketing and Sales, ensuring guests receive memorable, personalized experiences while maintaining brand standards. Weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• The role requires hands-on flexibility to support all hotel experiences and events.
• Strong organization and time management to coordinate programs across departments.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• On-property programming and activities management and execution.
• Experience event planning and guest personalization.
• Vendor/partner relationships and budget oversight.
• Collaboration with Front Office, Marketing and Sales for success.
• Maintain SOPs, training materials, and SOPs for experiences.
