Job summary

The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection is seeking an energized Experiences Coordinator to join our team on property in Newport. The role supports setup, execution, and follow-through of diverse experiences, events, and F&B initiatives, collaborating across departments to deliver memorable guest moments.

You will manage programming calendars, coordinate activations, and work with Sales, Concierge and Marketing to ensure a seamless guest journey while advancing the property’s brand pillars and guest

Qualifications

• Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple experiences and events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and internal teams, are essential.
• Experience coordinating hospitality experiences, events, F&B initiatives, or related programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual programming calendar and key holiday programs.
• Organize and plan weekly activities, events, and activations across the property.
• Engage with guests to promote activities, help build itineraries and personalize experiences.
• Ideate and execute special amenities and experiences to reflect the property’s brand.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Events, and Sales teams to support group experiences and itineraries.
• Train Front Office and other departments on booking and billing processes for experiences and events.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee sourcing, purchasing, and invoicing for OS&E.
• Coordinate with Marketing on experience-related touchpoints and communications.
