Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations, sales, and client experience across our South Carolina location. The candidate should be hands-on, able to manage P&L, scale systems, and lead a premium team in luxury events and warehousing, while representing the brand to elite clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Specific expertise in event rentals, luxury hospitality, high–end products, or related premium offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the location, including warehouse, logistics, client services, and administrative functions, with a focus on sales.
• Partner with sales and design teams to cultivate relationships with high-end clients, planners, venues, and corporate partners.
• Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and client functions.
• Oversee inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of all orders.
• Maintain quality control of all rental products to meet luxury standards.
• Manage company financials, including P&L, capex, cash flow, and expense control.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and local regulations.
• Lead and inspire teams across both behind-the-scenes operations and high-stakes, client‑facing environments.
• Physically capable of assisting in warehouse or on‑site operations when the situation demands hands‑on support.
• Maintain a high order fulfillment accuracy rate and drive repeat business with elite planners and venues.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and internal safety protocols are followed, fostering a zero-incident culture.
