  • Develop concepts for chef collaborations, wine/dining series, and tasting events with Culinary and Beverage teams.

Key Responsibilities
Programming & Calendar Curation
  • Own the development and execution of The June's year-round programming calendar, dinners, DJ and live music nights, speaker series, wellness programming, cultural events, and curated member evenings
  • Identify and book talent: chefs, musicians, DJs, speakers, artists, and creative collaborators who fit the club's identity and elevate the member experience
  • Balance recurring signature programming with fresh, unexpected one-off experiences that keep the calendar feeling alive and original
  • Work with Culinary and Beverage to develop concepts for chef collaborations, wine and spirits dinners, and tasting series
  • Set and manage a programming budget, balancing creative ambition with cost and profitability targets
  • Track attendance, engagement, and member feedback to continuously refine and improve programming
Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, media, and local/national organizations that align with The June's identity
  • Develop partnership structures (sponsorships, co-hosted events, in-kind trades, collaborations) that bring added value to members while supporting the club's brand and revenue goals
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and mutual value
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners across food & beverage, fashion, design, wellness, media, and local Jacksonville institutions
  • Represent The June externally in partnership conversations, maintaining the discretion and polish expected of a private club brand
Production & Execution
  • Lead event production from concept through execution for all programming under your purview, run-of-show, staffing coordination, vendor and talent logistics
  • Partner with Operations, F&B, and the Events Manager to ensure every program is flawlessly executed on-site
  • Serve as an on-site producer for signature programming, ensuring quality control and a seamless member experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Membership, Marketing, and Culinary teams to ensure programming reflects member interests and reinforces the club's brand
  • Support marketing and communications for programming and partnerships, including collateral, event descriptions, and promotional content
  • Gather member insights and feedback to shape future programming and partnership priorities
Requirements
Who You Are
  • A natural curator with a strong, current point of view on food, music, culture, and design
  • Deeply networked, with the ability to open doors and bring exciting names and partners to the table
  • Equal parts creative and operational, you can dream up a concept and also execute the run-of-show
  • A skilled negotiator who can secure great partnerships without compromising the brand
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a full calendar and multiple partner relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable representing the club externally with polish, confidence, and discretion
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in programming, talent booking, partnerships, brand collaborations, or event production within hospitality, private clubs, lifestyle brands, or cultural institutions
  • Demonstrated experience securing and managing brand or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record producing high-quality events from concept through execution
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor/contract management skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with an active network in food, music, culture, or design
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as programming requires
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within a private membership club, boutique hotel, or premium lifestyle brand
  • Existing relationships with talent, chefs, DJs, speakers, or brand partners relevant to the Jacksonville/Southeast market
  • Experience with event and CRM platforms (Tripleseat, HubSpot, or similar)
