Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach, a Davidson Hospitality Group property, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to orchestrate all facets of events from inquiry to post-event follow-up. You’ll partner with clients to tailor experiences and collaborate with banquet, culinary, and AV teams for flawless execution.

Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in event management software and MS Office. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Work with clients to understand event needs and provide personalized service.
• Assist in menu planning and dietary accommodations.
• Coordinate with banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams for seamless execution.
• Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Prepare event orders, setup sheets and documentation.
• Contribute to sales and catering team to meet revenue goals.
