Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach, a Davidson Hospitality Group property, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to orchestrate all facets of events from inquiry to post-event follow-up. You’ll partner with clients to tailor experiences and collaborate with banquet, culinary, and AV teams for flawless execution.

Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational and communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in event management software and MS Office. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Summary:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
• Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
• Assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams
• Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
• Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
