Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking an Event Manager to lead high-profile events and guide teams to deliver flawless on- and off-premise experiences. You will partner with clients, culinary leaders, and trusted vendors to craft exceptional events while maintaining our signature standards and hospitality focus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in catering, luxury hospitality, fine dining, event operations, or a related environment.
• Strong background in off-premise catering and large-scale events.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality environments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to understand event vision, priorities, and budget.
• Collaborate with chefs to meet client needs and presentation standards.
• Build front-of-house and back-of-house rental orders (china, glassware, etc.).
• Plan kitchens for off-premise events, including equipment and workstations.
• Coordinate with rental companies and vendors for logistics and execution.
• Manage events from 300 to 5,000 guests, ensuring standards.
