You will build a personal book of business, deliver expert styling for evenings, cocktails and occasions, and cultivate long-term client relationships through thoughtful outreach and exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, business development and high-touch client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury fashion or high-touch client-facing sales.
• Proven ability to develop a personal client book and repeat business.
• Strong styling instincts for evening and cocktail attire.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized styling for weddings, galas and events.
• Understand client style, wardrobe, lifestyle and upcoming events.
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele beyond store traffic.
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to track client information and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with alterations, operations and flagship team to meet brand standards.
• Contribute to presentation and hospitality of the SoHo flagship.
• Provide styling recommendations across evening, cocktail and occasion dressing.
