Solomon Page is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador for a top luxury fashion brand in New York, NY. The role involves creating an elevated guest experience and acting as a liaison among clients, sales teams and corporate partners.

It supports sales goals through service and product knowledge, while ensuring product placement and visual standards in the handbag shop. The position is a support role and will not be ringing sales, with a pay rate of $23–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner and direct guests to the appropriate person.

• Maintain partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise condition and visual standards.
• Assist with customer relations and ensure adherence to client experience protocols set by Management and Corporate.

We are looking for a Part-time Brand Ambassador for a top luxury fashion brand at their New York, New York Location! The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating an elevated guest experience and will act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and corporate partners. This role provides critical support in achieving sales goals by providing service and product knowledge to close a sale and by ensuring product placement and visual standards are maintained in the handbag shop. They will also be the liaison to corporate partners to provide feedback on product needs, opportunities and challenges. This is a support function and will not be ringing sales.

• Pay rate: $23-25.00/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

• The ideal Receptionist candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• The individual will be charismatic, who enjoys working in a professional luxury retail environment who is career focused.
• This person is required to greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner, direct everyone who enters the boutique to the appropriate person and handle inbound calls.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition
• Responsible for greeting clients and assisting with customer relations
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in a Fashion, Retail or related field and/or one year working in retail/contact center/customer service environment.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury fashion/retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in luxury, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work hours including weekends and evenings
