Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury household/domestic recruitment.
• Residence in South Florida with onsite Wellington work and remote option.
• Track record of meeting revenue goals through strong phone closing.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Competitive base salary with commission and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview domestic and estate professionals.
• Manage job postings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews (phone/video).
• Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
• Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and schedule interviews.
• Follow up throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth placements.
• Support ongoing client relationships with timely, professional communication.
