Meadowood Napa Valley seeks an Estate Host to deliver personalized hospitality and seamless guest journeys in the heart of Napa Valley. You will serve as a dedicated contact, craft bespoke itineraries, and coordinate cross-department services to exceed guest expectations.

With 2–3 years in hospitality leadership and proficiency in Opera/V1, you’ll build lasting relationships, manage guest preferences, and support Forbes-standard service throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in hotel/hospitality leadership roles.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with Opera or similar hotel OS is required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with concierge itinerary tools and planning.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized experiences and foster guest loyalty through relationships.
• Conduct pre-arrival outreach and post-stay follow-up with a loyal guest database.
• Provide warm welcome, property orientation, and itinerary overview.
• Craft immersive itineraries and record guest feedback to elevate future experiences.
• Communicate timely responses to calls and emails; collaborate across departments.
• Uphold Forbes standards and nurture Napa Valley community relationships.
