Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles; knowledge of Napa Valley is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English; basic Spanish is a bonus.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and orient them to the property.
• Explain facilities and services; recommend Meadowood outlets.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation of room features.
• Coordinate with Guest Service Manager to manage luggage and requests.
• Maintain lobby and front porch areas; ensure cleanliness and organization.
