Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in category management, preferably in ecommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the manager to implement comprehensive e-commerce brand strategies and online sales targets.
• Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to influence product assortment and productivity.
• Ensure merchandising is aligned with best practices and is executed to provide intuitive shopping experiences.
• Maintain effective product categorization, filtering, and navigation; coordinate with ISU for changes.
• Ensure product information accuracy across all online touchpoints.
• Track, analyze, and report on key category metrics (sales, AOV, traffic, conversions).
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with brand partners to align on growth strategies.
• Work with digital experience teams on website enhancements and issue resolution.
• Synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
