Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at tables, reflecting the Bergdorf Goodman brand and service standards.
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of ingredients, prep methods, and premium pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate dietary needs to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve courses with precise timing and impeccable tableside etiquette.
• Accommodate special requests, VIP clients, and styling patrons with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest comfort, clear courses, and replenish beverages as needed.
• Process payments accurately and handle inquiries with courtesy.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing sidework to maintain a pristine dining room.
