Qualifications

• Previous hostess or front-of-house experience preferred; luxury or fine dining experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to optimize dining flow.
• Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about table status and guest needs.
• Maintain an organized host stand and entrance area.
• Accommodate guest requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor dining room activity to ensure guest comfort and service efficiency.
• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with accurate wait times.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
