• Serve courses with precise timing and etiquette.
• Accommodate VIP clients and special requests discreetly.
• Monitor tables for guest comfort and timely service; clear and refill as needed.
• Process payments accurately and handle inquiries courteously.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing sidework to maintain a pristine dining room.
