You will assist with table settings, beverage service, and clearing, while staying attentive to guest needs and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service. This role rewards teamwork, professional appearance, and adaptability in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or resort food service is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Sets and maintains tables and service stations according to standards.
• Prepares and restocks side stations with china, glassware, silverware, and condiments.
• Assists servers by providing food and beverage running when required.
• Observes guests to anticipate needs and resets tables promptly.
• Handles guest requests and communicates dietary restrictions accurately.
• Sets up and breaks down buffet and service areas as assigned.
• Assists with large parties and private events to ensure comfort and aesthetics.
• Maintains cleanliness of pantry, side, and pass stations.
• Performs opening, closing and weekly tasks; participates in line-ups.
• Operates handheld or POS devices for communications and checklists.
• Follows Forbes, resort, and safety guidelines; supports other outlets when needed.
